How many of you remember riding in the old “work-horse” of most any small town businesses back in the 50’s and 60’s?
This particular truck belonged to an in and out of work general contractor. He kept changing the name of his company so he didn’t bother to put any name on his truck.

Somebody was rather displeased with the work he had done on a particular job and smashed his hood up one dark night. So he found a replacement part at the local junkyard, which seemed to add more color and flavor to his beat up "beast."
Note some of the detail as he never bothered to clean up the inside, or the truck bed which holds all kinds of things he has picked up over time, including a number of beer cans that were no doubt used up after work.
