PRICING & PRODUCT WARRANTY
Each of these sculptures is a detailed miniature with several hundred hours in the research and creating. These are not toys or playthings! They are of museum quality, built strong and sturdy to last many years.
They are unique, one-of-a-kind, and meant for display only. They will give the viewer many hours of visual pleasure. Because of the time, precision detail and tender care of the artist…the price range on these artworks ranges from $500 to several thousand, depending on the sculpture.
Upon purchase, you will be provided with a signed "Certificate of Authenticity" and a signed letter of Warranty. The artist will receive the fully agreed purchase price prior to shipping to the purchaser. After the purchaser pays and receives the sculpture they will have 30 days trial period. The Warranty gives the purchaser 30 days to look over and review the sculpture. If the purchaser is not satisfied with the piece, and it is returned, unbroken, to the artist within 30 days, the purchaser will receive a cashier’s check for the full amount of the purchase minus any original shipping charges.
The artist has a studio at his home in Marana, Arizona which is a suburb of Tucson. (address listed above) Any prospective buyer is welcome to make reservations and visit his studio.
Currently, there are no contracts with artist’s representatives or galleries so price negotiations are direct.
James Roark is constantly creating new sculptures and usually has an inventory of several that are not shown on this website. If you are interested in looking at additional sculptures or the purchase of one featured here, please call the artist for more information. He will consider commission work, but reserves the right to refuse any sculpture commission.
